I am just about complete. I renamed the original Text Block as RAW HTML Block, however to maintain backwards compatibility with those currently using that block so it would not break them, the internal function is still named text.

I also added a new Text block, named Text Block that is a true text block. It will render everything put in it as text including php, html, css ect.

Internally that function is named TrueText and i commented the old code so developers looking at it will know why the names are as they are.
