Page Builder Add Page Missing alert messages

Clicking on html in the inactive and sample areas in dolphin also pops up a block stating no properties and it's stuck there. And trying to drag a html block into a page with no columns generates a javascript popup with no text also does not work on my dolphin test site.

I tested this on my older dolphin 7.3.5 site and it does the same thing. Appears to be another existing dolphin bug that has been around for quite a while. Now to figure out how to fix this one.

Current Cheetah 1.0.0.  In the page builders I added a new page and I am seeing some issues.  For one, missing messages in the alert boxes.  At one point I clicked on html block and got a message on a transparent grey screen with no way to close it; I had to do a browser refresh of the page.
