HTML block freezes screen

Yes, i am aware of it. That's a bug which has been slated to be fixed in the next version. However, clicking them from there will just display a message that is has no properties. You have to actually drag it on to a page before you can click on it to edit and use it.

in the "Page Builder" under "Samples", if you click on the "HTML block" the screen freezes. Hitting back space on the browser unfreezes it and leaves the page.
