Ads module - Activate & Deactivate the categories

I will see if i can get it into the next version before it's release. However, there is only about a month left before the beta of the next version is released. I may not have enough time to get it into that version. Easy ones i pop in rather quickly, but the ones that take time come after bug fixes and other more important issues.

Looking at the Ads module, it would be nice to be able to Activate & Deactivate the categories instead of deleting them.
