Adding Link Icon in browser?

You need to add a favicon.ico to the root of your site.

So I am trying to remember where you add your site URL icon to the browser.... Like at the top where your favorite tabs are at??? Where do I go in Cheetah to add the icon, so it shows up in favorites lists? As seen in attachment. The Ooze URL is the one running Cheetah. But as you can see it does NOT have an icon displayed like others.
