Action buttons on email

I have noted it. https://github.com/CheetahWSB/Cheetah/issues/150

I noticed that on the email page we have the full action buttons from the profile block.  I think that is rather confusing and unnecessary.   I can see perhaps having a button to block the person or to report the person if they sent an inappropriate email.
