Not at this time. The current code allows for logins by ID, nickname or email. Mobile number is not a default profile field. It can be made to work that way via code modifications. I have future plans for what are called web push notifications. They are however not the same as mobile app push notifications. It is actually impossible for a website to send push notifications directly to a mobile device without a app or in the case of a web push notifications, a browser running.
