blog is marked as spam but it's not

I am trying to add blogs and they are not being accepted. Message comes up saying, sorry it looks like you are trying to submit spam. How do I fix this?

The only filter in dolphin that i am aware of that will monitor blog posts is the Akismet filter. Do you have Akismet enabled? I would shut it off.
