Join page not working after upgrade to 7.1.4

After upgrade to 7.1.4, Join page didn't work as below.

1. Captcha didn't show up;

2. Right site hint message didn't show up, only displayed ? mark.

Any suggestion to fix the problems?

Thanks.

Just upgrade my sites, all went fine and the join forms all work.

Manually clean the three cache folders via FTP;

/cache  /cache_public and /tmp make sure NOT to delete the .htaccess files in each folder.

1. Captcha didn't show up

 Un install that module and re install it, then re enter your keys to see if that corrects that problem.

Just throwing some suggestions here:

- You did get a reCaptcha key and enter it in the Admin Panel correct?

- Since the upgrade requires a new language file and compiling, the text that 'used' to exist may not now. You may need to re-add it manually. (not sure if it wads a custom hint or not)

Thanks all for help, the problem is fixed as following.

1, Referencing to the post CAPTCHA Box Missing No Image Showing;

2. Unchecked "Enable cache for JS files" from admin -> Cache -> Settings;

But not understanding why JS cache enabled will make Join page not working ??
