CAPTCHA Box Missing No Image Showing

Hello everyone,

The CAPTCHA Box is missing on my join page and now image.  Only the word "Captcha:" is showing.

Can someone help with this?

1. Generate your own Captcha keys and fill them in administration/advanced_settings.php?c=Security

Ok I did that actually had already done it and still no CAPTCHA Box

Try to check if you have some JS errors in browser's error console on your join page.

I am guessing possible JS errors as well.

In dolphins caching section you may want to try disabling JS cache or JS compression or both.

When I disable either or both of those settings the profile builder page will not load for join page

I'm having the same problem, did anyone ever tell you how to fix this???

After upgrading to version 7.1.4, I had to disable both JS cache and JS compression in order for the Captcha box to show itself.  This should be in the instructions, as I had a hell of time finding an answer to this.  Thanks Deano!
