Canot add new language admin panel - part 2

deano i just delete all my site and install all again, and try to import language but ger that same message could not add a new language to the databace.

 try to empty cache

Modules--Tools--Cache--all and try to re upload it

I turned off all caching, then cleared the cache folders, then imported and it worked fine. Caching sometimes can cause problems when working on a site. Caching should be off during the development stages of a website and not turned on until you are done with it.

I do that but still not can import language, deano you can go and check that my admin panel.

I already imported it for you. If you deleted it again, you are on your own. I already imported it twice for you. I am not going to do it again.

Sometimes it does feel like you are beating your head against a brick wall.

I saw it but did not work then, but now works thanks deano. What was wrong and what you did that you got it to work?

Maybe you are seeing it but not reading it; or perhaps it is a language barrier; a breakdown in communication due to language differences.

Read instructions at least 3 times before you start if you are not a native (en) speaker.

Always backup your files and DB and settings before you make any changes.

And don't expect that people always solve your issues. Try to solve it yourself before you ask for help!
