Change back to your UNI template and clean the cache. Template related maybe, did you make changes to the UNI template?

Something else you may want to consider is whether any changes were made to 'core' files for customizations or 3rd party modules. Nothing to see here |

In dolphin admin under tools and cache go to settings and shut off all caching options.
Then clear the cache. Leave caching options off for now.
Then upload a fresh copy of join.php to your server from the original dolphin zip file.
