Clicking Join White Page

issue, and cant find answer on forum.

clicking join on home page goes to a blank page, viewed page source and nothing there.

any ideas? ta, karl

ummmm very strange, changed template back to default and aok.

template used was free, skin004 - join just doesnt work. any ideas?

I know this isn't the answer you're looking for but most of those free templates don't work. They were created for older versions of Dolphin and people keep trying to pass them off as being for the latest version.

To answer your actual question normally a white screen is caused by an error that is being suppressed because error reporting is turned off in php. Turn on error reporting or look for an error.log file. That will at least let you know what the problem is.

A blank page usually means there was a suppressed PHP error.

Looks like another Cogzidel template.  I don't think those are updated.

Edit: Didn't realize the part about PHP was almost a verbatim copy of the post from the guy above me.
