weird problem with video chat

I'm having a problem with the video/chat no one can see each other and it wont let you type anything...

If you do a one chat with someone it works fine

any suggestion what the problem could be...

 For video chat, you need an RMS service, otherwise it is just a normal chat system.

I provide free RMS service if needed, contact me PM for more information.

Simple messenger has the switch to video messenger mode but you still will need and RMS service.
