website url

I tried to transefer my site to a new URL but it wont work cause dolphin was installed under the old one I was told. Is there a way to enter the new url inside the db somewhere so I can tranfsfer all my files and it works on the new URL. I didnt want to reinstall if i didnt have to.  Thanks

take a look  in your    header.inc.php

line 23 ---     $site['url']               = "http://url_change_as_u_need";

line 39 ---     $dir['root']               = "/var/www/change_as/you_need/";

and take a look in your database backup for the old   "http://old_url"      and   change to "http://url_change_as_u_need"
