I haven't seen where you stated the exact error that you are getting when trying to upload videos, but like everyone else has said, check permissions, file size limits, and also make sure that you have your Cron Job setup or else the video will never process... It will just sit there.

all permissions etc. are set  as per recommendations , this was checked by my DC techs to make sure all were correct.

no error shows just videon do not upload anywhere not even in the not processed area and yes cron is working or picturs and sound etc would not work, the only thing that does not work is the video uploads

Your upload_max_filesize and post_max_size are far too low, and (as said above) must be increased to a more suitable amount.

Your pictures and sounds have nothing to do with your Cron Job - Just an FYI

So when you click the browse button, click the video you want uploaded (hopefully under 8MB) you click continue and then nothing? No error, blink, anything?

The screenshot your posted shows that they are at the default level of 2M and 8M, respectively. This is far too low.

Edit: If that screenshot you posted is indeed of one of your sites, then more than just those two settings are incorrect (for example, memory_limit is far too low). I recommend you take a closer look at your current configuration and the ones recommended.
