videos and sounds are spinning not saving

videos and sounds are spinning and not going to the data entry screen. i need to get this fixed.

it works fine for photos but videos and sounds it does not. it just sits there . i slept 8 hours and it was still sitting there on the spinning box. i need help to get it working again

please tell me how. i spend an hour yesterday going over forums with no luck at all.. this loading problem and not getting to the video or mp3 editing page is getting my website shot for users. it works for photos and that's about it.

 the problem is with your server, max_execution time, max_upload size, can you post what is listed on tools server settings or whatever that link is
