video uploads stuck in "me only"

Video uploads are set to me only but the only option I have available is public. I try to edit the album and it still is in me only. How do I get it to automatically be set to public?

the individual videos are being set to public, it is just the albums that are messing up

That is strange because Dolphin sets privacy of content by the container; the album.  So if one creates a video album and sets the privacy to "Me only" and uploads videos into that album then the videos will have privacy of "Me only".  The same holds true for sounds and photos and files.

Clear all cache. 

I bet you, if you use the same account but a diff computer, everything will be fine. I had the experience before.
