Ok having a few issues, up until yesterday everything worked ok, today I can't use the video up loader. The embedded video thing where it gives you a link has stopped functioning. Its just giving me a whirling circle and won't proceed. I have tried uninstalling the video module and re-installing its doing same thing and everyone's videos they already uploaded disappeared lol.

i have tried clearing cashe on my site, dolphin and browser same thing happening. I am using google chrome

Check to make sure the permissions on the folders have not changed.  Also check the permission on the ffmpeg.

The embedded video thing where it gives you a link has stopped functioning.

Is this supposed to be, "has stopped working as well as uploading," go into the flash panel "Flash Apps" and check if the module is enabled, then check all the settings there.

Can you PM your site link?

I have a feeling its something to do with the flash, I replaced the files that said video in modules-boonex but nothing has changed. I am thinking of updating to the next dolphin but then i'm going to loose my work, pages a made ect and i don't want to do that. Plus i just bought a new template which I love and i don;t know if that's going to be compatible

I got distracted but just made my profile.

Confirmed, video module is not working.

Is this an upgrade? Can you post a screenshot of your site audit via the Host Tools?

i can't even remember how to remove it now, i'm sure its in the template, but since its a new template i bought the comet chat isn't working because i never added the code to this template. I looked in base and i can't see the comet code.

This problem is fixed.

It was:

Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons ***

You need to get your host to enable it.

She did and all is well.

Also, she was using the "auto installer"

I walked her through a manual install and had the host enable the above.

Another happy newbie... Cool
