video 'file not found' on profile pages.

We have installed 7.1.3 and have imported from our old 7.0.9 database.

All is well except for one problem. When viewing a person's profile, in the PROFILE VIDEOS block there is a text notification that reads (File Not Found).
Everywhere else all videos show and work fine, even in the profile page Video Albums block.

I would hate to have to remove that block, since it's so nice to have and all.

Does anyone know where we should look? Still haven't found this.

Check to see that the file directory for the videos has the files.  You said you installed 7.1.3, was this a direct install or an upgrade?  "File not found" is straight forward, the query on the database return the file that was suppose to be loaded but when the block went to grab the video that it was told to grab, it could not find it.

What happens if you go to the member's video album directly.  Are the videos display there, will they load and play?  Perhaps the profile block is not getting the path to the video correct.

The location to the photo, is it the actual file location of the photo or does it point to some viewer?

The files are where they belong. It's the profile photos block that doesn't work. They can all be viewed from other pages.

I think you're probably right on the nose here. I just don't know where to look to check the file path...
I really have a pretty limited knowlege of PHP but I'm learning.
