video album info not updating

Good day. I have been having this problem with my site when i upload a video. the video album info telling how much video is in my the particular album is not been updated. I have uploaded a couple of video and they have finished process (i can play them), but the album is still saying that it is empty (0 videos). If i upload a video through the youtube method, the album then appears on the video home page showing the three video thumbnail, but the info is saying that there is only 1 video in the album, when there is three (3)

any help would be greatly appreciated

You have maybe several troubles

1. Cron is not working

2. Ffmpeg is not comfortable with your server's OS

3. Permission troubles

I suggest you make a  ticket on support page

Videos process and play fine...

The problem I have seen, the album count is not correct I have had a "Christmas Videos" folder which I cleared out after Christmas, the album still states there is one video there but it is actually empty.

One folder has only one video, showing three in it...crons are running.. see photos

Hi, i only have the Video Album counting problem....My photos and audios album auto update with no issue.

Glad i am not alone with this issue. really would like a solution to this problem and my host don't have a clue what has went wrong

I have the same issue. If I remember I post about it here fews weeks ago but never found a solution.

In my page, if somebody add a "Embed video" than all the video count are suddendly correct for the folder where there is a "embed video"...

It seems that Video Module have alot of problems....never hear as much for Photos and Audios Module...
