 For some reason nobody can login to their profiles on our website now. We have created new profiles to see if we still have the problem and the new information we created doesnt work as well. We can login to our admin panel but that's it. Since support never helps me fix anything can you offer some resolution?

I was having the same issue. I saw on another Thread (That I can't get back to because I wasn't logged in and after dong a search this was the closest thing) that said something about the Antispam., which I did add my own custom stuff to. So... I went to Admin->Tools-Spam->Antispam Tools. Deactivated everything except... b.barracudacentral.org And I can now login again. |
