urgent help on modules

if i buy any mod and install it doesnt appear in the uninstalled modules for me to install and i cant also unistall modules from my administration panel urgent help needed

Make sure you install it exactly according to the instructions and don't just try to guess where to put it in the modules folder. If you FTP upload the folders/files into the wrong folders on your site, it won't recognize them.
