I was successfully up grade my site from 7.1.1 to 7.1.2

i move to next version from 7.1.2 to 7.1.3

i got this error message 

403 Forbidden

Access to this resource on the server is denied!

What did i do wrong ???

I just did to my others site doing the same procedure and the other 2 sites are working but not this site

I forgot to delete upgrade/.htaccess

Sorry. But the upgrade folder was not the link you provided in your post for help. So i was look at the main page.

If its only happening with one location then you need to be specific. But anyway. You got it so i guess it does not matter now.
