upgrade 7.0.5 Error

I followed the instructions step by step for the upgrade. I transferred all of the files and started the upgrade.

But now I get an error message stating:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method BxDolCache::isAvailable() in mysite.com/inc/classes/BxDolDb.php on line 515

Has anyone else gotten this?

I am not sure how to proceed since it appeared on any page I attempt to go to on my site even my admin panel

What version of dolphin did you upgrade from?

Seems like the file inc/classes/BxDolCache.php is missing or did not get replaced when files were uploaded. Try re-uploading that file.

After further research, the function isAvailable() in the file inc/classes/BxDolCache.php was introduced in dolphin version 7.0.3.

My guess is you upgraded from a version older than that. In which case, this file did not get replaced.

When uploading new files to the server as part of the upgrade, make sure your inc folder is writable.

This problem with new files failing to upload over the old ones appears to be a common problem.

The inc folder is set to 755 permissions. I tried deleting the file and uploading the new file and still get the same error. I was upgrading from 7.0.3

I still have the zip file for that upgrade. I had searched for the 7.0.4 upgrade zip but couldn't find a download link for it.
