This may sound pretty silly, but you are going to the right link correct?
For example, if the name of your site is www.mywebsite.com, then the path you want to navigate to is www.mywebsite.com/upgrade/
Also, make sure your uploaded the files into the root directory of where your dolphin is installed. Nothing to see here |
