It has been long time since I asked help for upgrade error. No one is helping, please give me clue. After uploading upgrade files and making all changes it gives error message "unable to apply upgrade"
How to solve ?

GG asked you to check the version in your database, and never heard back - this is most often the cause of this issue. Please respond to that thread.
