That is called the "Member Menu"

You will find it in admin under builders.

but my problem is:
1.- Repeated icons appear left, right and (mail, Friends)
2.- Icon appears 123FlashChat my videochat installed and I can not remove

Any suggestions to solve my problem?

It works similar to the page builders. When you go into the Member Menu builder it defaults to the Top tab. which are the items on the left side of the bar. The tab labeled Top Extra is the items on the right side of the bar.

To remove a item you just drag it out from the active area to the all items area. Or you can click on it to edit and click the delete button. If the delete button is not available then drag it out to the all items area. If it will not drag then it may be the item was setup by the mod as a non-editable item. In that case the only way to remove it is from the database in the table sys_menu_member.

Also. Based on your screen shot. The mail and friends icons are only on the right side. They do not appear to be duplicated or repeated as you called it. I do not see them on the left side of your screen shot.

Your first screenshot. The one you attached to your very first post at the top of this topic does not show those extra icons.

But no matter. You can't seem to get to the right side of the member menu. I am sure i said click on Top Extra to get to the right side. But perhaps this will help.
