the tool Database Backup not working

Hi all,

Prior to my upgrade I tried to do a  Database Backup (structure and Content) to my server using the Dolphin tool Database backup..when I run the tool it goes for a while and then instead of doing the backup I get a browser prompt (to open or save the file db.php) and the backup never goes any ideas??

Don't rely on Dolphin to back up your files. Always use your cpanel to back up your data base. Also the clean cache does NOT work in Dolphin admin section as well.
