text too long for buttons

Can someone pls tell me how to extend the buttons so that the text fits in it?

It is not working ..

Perhaps bcs i am using Fescennia template?

My apologies it is working partly.

In IE8 the buttons are extended, in Firefox for some reason they are not.

float: left;
}

i added float: left; and increased width
