its because IE9 is not an official release yet. its still testing versions.

once its ofiicially released as a stable browser by microsoft, then only boonex will make changes for IE9.

this is my thought on this anyway, may be someone else have a better idea that me then plase share with us.

Ok, I am so against that whole idea.

Isn't it supposed to be the browsers that accommodate the internet, not the other way around?

My site seems to run OK in IE9.  Aside from the usual IE crashing for no f**king reason, and unexplainable js errors, several time a day, all seems well.  I'm not worried about the crashing... it just wouldn't be a Microsoft product if it didn't do that.

My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees.

All I know is that I keep getting Emails from people saying that they cannot join. So I installed the same browser as they had (IE9.0) and I ran into the same bugs. It would tell me that the required fields had not been completed. So when I went and installed a test user on IE8 and then tried to login using IE9.0 again it said that I had not entered a password and I had. So I tested again in IE 8 and it worked fine. For someone reason when I am in IE 9.0 Dolphin doesnt seem to see any fields that are required. You may want to run the same tests as I did.

JMDtp - Have you tried adding a compatibility mode header such as that described here? http://www.mat-wright.com/2011/02/internet-explorer-9-compatibility-quick.html

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
