I have an odd one on a dev site, looks like template related as only have this using one template (yes Im also messaging template dev but just incase someone else has had this!)
On index page, no dropdowns on nav menu will show when I hover over top menu
When I click on a top menu link, and page reloads, then the drop down menu works fine on hover.
Im using Hypernova template.
