I m still using 7.0.0. version because other versions had lots f bugs but now sumbdy plz tell me whether 7.0.3 is working good or not..
And tell me how to upgrade 7.0.0 to 7.0.3?? do i need to run each upgradation patch?

Yes, you will have to upgrade for each version i.e.: 7.0.0->7.0.1 7.0.1->7.0.2 7.0.2->7.0.3
