despite privacy settings set to members only and all nav menu blocks set member only.. the browsephp page can be accessed by search engines if a member types their id our web site browse activuty page comes up so members avatar and little details appear ..this should not occur how can we fix???

Try installing the page access control module (under modules in admin) and block the page that way.
