right to left support in dolphin 7

Hello,

I asked  boonex agent  if its possible using

dolphin in rtl (right to left) direction , she said  : "It is possible to use Dolphin in RTL but you need to translate it yourself"

i didn't understad if i need to rewrite the code or its buid in and change direction automatically.

can someone explain me please?
