required description characters

Is there a way to lessen the amount of required characters in the descriptions to less than 20? some of my descriptions are only two words. 

Administration > Builders > Profile Fields

Edit the DescriptionMe block, switch to the Advanced page, and change the value for Minimum value to whatever you like.
