Corrupted entry in the database. You need to use a database tool, such as phpMyAdmin or the mySQl workbench thingy from Oracle, or similar to remove the row from the table. Geeks, making the world a better place |

Just be careful; I am a scared rabbit when it comes to working on the database so I back up first. Anyway, if using phpMyAdmin, just find the row of that entry, will be one of the last entered., check the box beside the row, or click on the x, and delete the row.
