recurrent problem

Hello , we have problems on our site, can you help us?

- Photos regularly disappear, sometimes by lot 250 .

- Members regularly lose their friends.

- In notifications when there is the following message: " member X commented member Y message " ; we do not know what message it is , the word message is not highlighted.

- In notifications when there is the following message: " member X love message member Y " ; we do not know what message it is , the word message is not highlighted.

Are these photos and friends regular members that log in on a regular basis? My guess is they are not regularly active and may be getting purged. Members getting deleted would explain all the issues you have mentioned.

Check your Pruning settings in Admin->Settings->Advanced Settings->Pruning

Also, this is a possible scenario as well. Member joins. Uploads lots of photos, posts, ect. Regularly active for several days or weeks. Then they decide to unregister. When they unregister, their account and all their data including photos are removed as well. So check into that possibility as well.

I figure I'll chime in here to post some more details. The cron job on the site is disabled (the cron file is commented out) and the prune settings are at their defaults. The unregister.php file was also deleted, so accounts can't delete themselves in that manner.

members can not unregister from the site. Photos disappear at any moment. friends members also disappear. it's been months now. and members are Annoyed because their data disappear.
