profile videos block doesn't show on one profile.

On one person's profile, the profile videos block does not show up when people view their profile. The profile photo box isn't showing up either.

Is there any way to create a new profile and just copy the pictures and videos over to the new one? I think there is just something with this new profile.

First thing is to make sure they have videos in the album.  I know that sounds silly but it is like checking to make sure the plug is in the wall.

Well, yes, you go into the album and change the album owner ID over to the new profile ID; the objects should be OK as they are tied to the album, not the owner.  If I recall correctly as I have done this a couple of times.

Ok it worked. When I changed the username of the person's account, new photos and videos albums were created, but all of the videos and photos stayed in the old album and weren't showing up on their profile page. It's alright now though.

By the way, if you change the name of the profile albums in the admin, it will create new profile albums and the old profile albums will become regular albums.
