This is a common symptom of a missing .htaccess file. The one that goes in root of the site

This can also be a server issue. Apache mod-rewrite not on or AllowOverride not enabled. Unlikely if this is installed on the same server.

Hello Master, you are always coming to the rescue.

You are definitely correct, there is no .htaccess.

I do not understand your 2nd questions. But you are correct it is a new account on the same server as guitarelements

how do i get the .htaccess to the server?

thank you master

You just upload it. It's in the dolphin zip file you downloaded. It's normally a hidden filetype on some operating systems, so it's easy to miss.

Hello Master.

I remane the .htaccess from root and upload a new one. It works. I guess the old one is corrupted
