This error is usually attributed to extra lines at the end of the file (after the ?>). I'd check the file giving the error to see if this is the case.

i went to cpanel of the site, click on file manager and edit the design.inc.php

i went to the end of the file, i see the cursor is right underneath the ?> so i bring the cursor up liked this ?>_

i then hit delete key on the keyboard to make sure nothing left then save.

go to admin clear caches and everything, i still see the errors

thanks

You're not looking at the file causing the problem. You should be looking at /modules/modzzz/petitions/classes/fpdf.php.

Good to hear. And don't worry about making a mistake or being confused now and then.

It took me years to realize you could create a join form with multiple pages.
