php setting

Did dolphin change something in 7.1 with php setting.

Ive created a php.ini system see the new setting but dolphin is still using the 2mb

any suggestion will be helpful

Host may have turned of that feature to allow php.ini overrides...   there is nothing in dolphin controlling php.ini settings.  

Look in host tools to see what phpinfo is reporting back as the loaded config.  

you can also try some php settings in .htaccess and see what happens.  

I had my provider check it still no go/
I know that a simple php.ini and restarting apache fix this type of problem but im wondering what changed in dolphin 7.1

Dolphin 7.1 now also has a file size option under Administration -> Modules -> Videos -> Settings, but defaults to a value much higher than 2 MB.

Did you check the phpinfo output under Host Tools?
