paypal item description

When check out shopping cart for paypal payment item description is show as bug.
With English, there is not problem but with multi-byte characters like Chinese and Japnese,
Item description will not displays properly.
Please see attached file.

Is there anyone know how to solve this problem?

What you are showing is the form created by PayPal; that is not from Dolphin.  You need to present your question to PayPal support and ask them about it.
