outline issue ... Comments Bug!

I have noticed that if a member comments on photos and that comment gets removed by admin >> the outline still shows '1 comments' etc !

is there anyway to correct this ?

has anyone else spotted this issue and is there a fix I have not noticed ?!

Outline still shows as '1 comment' even though the member and his comments are removed.
