only predefined themes profile customize

I want to set only predefined themes in (profile customize), I don't want the users to give the option to create theme option.

Please anyone tell me how to do that ?

Is there any way, so that the website users cant make themes, only use predefined themes.

Gorpus makes a profile theme mod. Profile Themes v.1.5.0

And they mention it works with any custom design. I am sure you could make extra pre-defined themes once you know where the files reside in the mod. Good luck.:-)
