Hello Is there a module for notification bar on web browser?

What sort of notifications bar are you seeking?  Notifications for what; to replace the button in the member bar?

I still don't know what you want.  In order to get any kind of advice, it is best to give details on exactly what you want.  That screenshot told me nothing.

That facebook item you pointed out is just the page title. It can be done with javascript code on page load to dynamically replace the current page title with one that is prefixed by the number of messages waiting.

There currently are no mods i am aware of that do that.
