So I installed Dolphin through Softaculous, which was an extremely quick and easy process, but when i try and use dolphin I see many problems with it. the most important one is that i cant log in.
at any login panel (be it normal user or the administration panel), when I get the login details right, instead of logging me in, it just loads the login page again.
also at the top of every page is this text (can differ slightly depending on the page, this is the page after I attempt to login and the page reloads):

when I type in incorrect user credentials, a page loads that has only this line of text on it:

also I tried to register another account but the 'captcha' image would not load. also other things like at the administration panel login only the middle of the text you type in is visible. (kinda hard to explain)
hopefully someone can tell me whats going on, I'm sure I've just missed something as I don't know dolphin very well.
