You will need to explain a bit more on what your looking to do. Dolphin does not have anything called a start bar.

I still don't follow you; the name in the member menu bar is for changing the "presence"  of the member; it does not link to anywhere.

It sounds like you want to move the presence switcher to the main menu.

It was not designed for placement in the main menu. It will not be possible to move it there. At least not without some custom code work.
