I need to create a new field in the registration form in Join.php as I do that? and must also register this field in mysql, please help me

You can add, remove, and edit profile fields under Administration > Builders > Profile Fields.

<?php echo "test "?>

instead of appearing only in test form
it appears the entire value <?php echo "test "?>

ie PHP does not work there on the page

You have not mentioned anything about a hidden field before now, so I think you need to explain a bit more about how you want this to work....

The join form is dynamically generated from database fields.

The join form is complex. There is not single php file that handles all of the join form processing. There are mutipal files involved.

We are not really understanding what your trying to do. If you would explain exactly what it is your attempting to do we might be able to point you in the right direction.
