mp3 format to upload mp3s with?

what format do you need to have to upload mp3 files to dolphin 7.0.5

i got mine at 192k 411somethinghz

i need to convert i think but need help on this one

never mind is was a mysql my.ini configuration problem that was stopping uploads of random sized mp3 data... in fact all i had to do was add the following line to my.ini

mysql.allow_persistent = Off
